Auto Guard Pro Terms of Service

By using Auto Guard Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Auto Guard Pro is a customer record database application for car rental operators in the Philippines. The app allows operators to manage renter records, fleet information, bookings, contracts, and communicate with renters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legitimate car rental operator or renter to use this app. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and submitting records.
• You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory renter records
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app

5. Renter Records & Data Accuracy

Operators are solely responsible for the accuracy of renter records they submit. Auto Guard Pro does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data. Submitting false records to defame or harm individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are governed by Google's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Auto Guard Pro are owned by AutoGuardProPH and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auto Guard Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or decisions made based on renter records in the database.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
