How do I create an account?

Download the app or visit autoguardpro.web.app and sign in using Google, Apple, Facebook, or email. You'll then complete a short operator registration form.

Why do I need to provide business proof during registration?

Auto Guard Pro is exclusively for legitimate car rental operators in the Philippines. Business proof (DTI, BIR, or any valid proof) helps us verify your identity and maintain the integrity of our database for all operators.

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Go to the Subscribe page from the app. On iOS, payment is processed through the App Store. On Android, through Google Play. On web, via Maya checkout.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and cancel Auto Guard Pro. On Android: Go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Subscriptions do not auto-renew for web (Maya) purchases.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

In the app, go to Subscribe and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > scroll to the bottom > tap "Delete Account". This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also visit our account deletion page.

I'm having trouble signing in

Make sure you're using a supported browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox). If signing in from Facebook Messenger or Instagram, tap the menu icon and choose "Open in Browser". If problems persist, contact us at the email above.
