This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information when you use our mobile application. By using Auto Guard Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

A. Account Information

When you register or sign in, we may collect:

• Profile photo (if using Google Sign-In)
• User ID

B. Renter Data Submitted by Users

Registered users may submit renter-related information such as:

• Renter name
• Contact number
• License details
• Incident reports
• Other verification-related information

This information is submitted voluntarily by users of the platform.

C. Subscription & Payment Information

If you subscribe to our service, we may collect:

• Subscription status
• Transaction ID
• Payment confirmation

We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed securely via Google Play Billing and/or third-party payment providers (e.g., Maya), depending on what you enable in the app.

8. Location Data

We collect approximate device location in the following situations, and only when your device's location permission is granted:

• When you set or verify your garage or business location — used to place your vehicles on the renter-facing map and rank them by distance.
• Once when you open the app — a single location entry is recorded per session for fraud prevention and account security. The app never asks for location permission just to do this; if permission was not already granted, nothing is recorded.

Location history entries are visible only to platform administrators, are never shared with other users, and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

9. Legal Agreement Records

When you sign the Terms of Service in the app, we permanently store a record of your acceptance (the name you typed, the terms version, the date and time, and the platform used). These records are retained for as long as required to document the agreement and cannot be edited or deleted, including by you, as they form part of our legal records under Philippine law.

10. Children’s Privacy

Auto Guard Pro is intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18.

11. Government Affiliation Disclaimer

Auto Guard Pro is a private platform and is not affiliated with any government agency. Any verification tools are provided for informational purposes only.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date.
