Request Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your Auto Guard Pro account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: autoguardprophilippines@gmail.com

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include the following details in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Will Be Deleted

• Your user account
• Associated profile information
• Subscription status records (except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes)

Data Retention

Certain transaction records may be retained if required by law or for fraud prevention and accounting compliance.

Deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
